How to upgrade or change your Challenge Registration

In the event that you need to make any changes to your Challenge registration, please review the two different scenarios that we've laid out for your review and consideration.

Upgrading your Challenge Registration from a free entry to a paid entry product:

In order to switch from a free entry to a paid entry product, you'll need to log into your account at www.FitRankings.com. Once logged in, you'll need to click the three lines in the top left corner and then select the "Challenges" option.

Once there, you'll see a list of challenges you are enrolled in. Select the challenge that you need to adjust and leave the challenge. After doing so, re-join the challenge and re-register. It will then ask you to select a product, which will allow you to upgrade your challenge entry.

Refunding your Challenge Registration

In the event you'd like a refund, this process must be initiated through our support team here @ FitRankings. Please email [e-mail] with the title of the challenge you'd like to get a refund with.
