How to Track Sleep with Apple Health
You can now import sleep data into FitRankings using Apple Health.
To do this, you will go into your Health app. If you have not previously set up sleep before, you will see the image below and select "Share My Data With Apple."
After this, you will select "browse" on the bottom right of the screen. Here you will select "sleep."
Next, scroll down to where it says "Set Up Sleep" and select "Get Started."
From here, you can edit your sleep goal and sleep schedule, and then select "Next."From here you have the option to enable "Sleep Focus" to help with your sleep goals or you can select "Skip."To view your sleep data within Apple Health, you will go to "Summary" in the bottom left corner, select "Show All Health Data", and select "Sleep", which will bring up the following image of your respective sleep data:

To ensure your sleep data from Apple Health is pulling into FitRankings, please be sure to have the latest version of the FitRankings app downloaded from the app store. If you have not already done so, please allow FitRankings to have access to Apple Health data.
