Sync and Upload of Activities
Devices will sync to FitRankings periodically, but to make sure your data is up-to-date follow the steps below:
To sync on mobile or web at https://www.fitrankings.com
You can manually sync devices by logging into FitRankings, clicking the FitRankings logo or going to your profile, and select "Sync Now" or "Sync My Devices Now" under the My Devices section of your profile:
Using FitRankings app
When you enter the FitRankings app you should see the words "Sync Now." If not, go to "Sync" on the bottom left corner and then "Sync Now" will pop up. Select this option to manually sync your activities.

I'm not seeing my connection to my company GuideStone. How do I do that?
I need to change my email address to my work email but I don't see the option to change that on the app on my apple device.
