Fitbit: Privacy Settings
Your privacy settings on your device (Apple Health, MapMyFitness, etc.) can be a reason why your activities may not be syncing to FitRankings.
When you initially connect your device to FitRankings, you allowed your device to give data to FitRankings. If you change your privacy settings on your device, this may affect FitRankings ability to sync your activities.
The video below shows how to make sure you are allowing FitRankings to access your Fitbit data. Please reach out if you have any questions!
Step 1) Click profile icon in top left corner of Fitbit app.
Step 2) Look under settings and click "Third Party Apps."
Step 3) Click "Manage Third Party Apps."
Step 4) If it shows that FitRankings is an authorized application, your privacy settings are good to go.
