How to Manually Track Exercise on FitRankings
You can manually track your exercise on your FitRankings app.
First, you will go to your profile by clicking on the three bars in the upper left corner of the app, and then you will click on your profile as seen in the image below.
You will then select "log activity" as seen below.
You will then select "Exercise" as seen below.
From here, you will input the "Type of Exercise" you completed, and input the respective details of that exercise. There are over 50 types of activities to choose from.
